Welcome Aboard!!

The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is a nonprofit youth leadership program for Americans ages 10 through the completion of high school that develops teamwork, discipline, and a spirit of service through hands-on training and mentorship from dedicated volunteers and members of the armed forces.
The Cruiser Milwaukee Division is based at The Richardson School in Brookfield, Wisconsin, just south of I-94 at the Barker Road exit. Cadets typically train one weekend each month, participating in leadership development, physical fitness, academic learning, and activities focused on naval traditions, seamanship, and military customs.
Training may also include off-site experiences such as marksmanship, high-ropes courses, swim qualification, STEM activities like CyberPatriot and SeaPerch robotics, and other field training opportunities.
The Sea Cadet program is not a military recruiting program, but it can help prepare those interested in military service for opportunities such as ROTC, service academies, or advanced enlistment rank.
"Our program challenges young people to grow as leaders through teamwork, discipline, and service. Cadets participate in hands-on training, physical fitness, community service, and leadership development while learning the values and traditions of the sea services. Whether a cadet is exploring a future in the military or simply looking to build confidence and character, our division provides a supportive environment where young people can challenge themselves and succeed."
